Wow, so i just realized it has been awhile since I've posted. Sorry. I officially fail at blogging.
So where to start? The Alps
After Christmas I got to learn how to ski. For everyone who does I give you loads of credit. It is so hard! But I can say that I can ski now, only on the baby hills though. The Alps were breathe taking. Seeing a mountain for the first time is something I could never forget! I got to spend New Years eve and day in Austria which is something that is only once in a life time for me. The trip itself was SO much fun!
Then I switched families. I love my new family so much. They are amazing. My host mom can not speak English and it has helped me so much with the language!
Two weekends ago Terry, from PA living in Szolnok, came and stayed with me for the weekend. It was a weekend that I definitely needed. We went to a disco with a couple of my friends.
I've learned that the disco scene is not really for me. Not sure if it is the music or what but its just not my style.
This past weekend Hungary received its first true snow. About an inch and a half. It was also the weekend when we had an orientation in Budapest. I love getting the chance to be with all the exchange students. The exchange students for next year learned their district numbers. District 6670, you will be getting someone from Hungary :) He doesn't seem to excited though... To end the day in Budapest, I got myself a cup of white mocha from Starbucks. of course. And to end this weekend I will be pulling an all nighter to watch the Superbowl. Never missed one and I cant start now... GO GIANTS :)
So now that you know what I've done you're probably wondering how i'm doing.
Well you can say I am doing better. A lot better. But there's still that feeling inside of me....
